I am an Author, Philanthropist, Advocate, and Transformation Mentor.

My discipline and integrity allow me to authentically give my time to serving the community. I also serve as a 12-week leader course participant with REBOOT Recovery, a faith-based trauma healing program and online community that provides life guide eBooks, daily challenges, and virtual support groups, helping to heal one spirit at a time.

REBOOT Recovery is the largest peer-led trauma healing program in the world and uses a Christian-based curriculum that involves the whole family, with studies published in Military Psychology.

As a new and emerging author, I recently co-wrote the anthology When Destiny Needs an Intervention, Vol. 3, which launched in June 2023.
